After trying several Persian restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, this place was such a refreshing surprise. I've been coming to Middle East Market for over 10 years, and every time I come back, it reminds me why I love it. The market has grown so much, and now it's even bigger and better than before. The food is absolutely delicious—authentic, fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Every dish tastes homemade and brings back memories of real Persian cooking. The portions are generous, and the quality is consistently excellent. What makes this place especially meaningful to me is the memories it holds. For a taste of delicious and exotic Middle Eastern food, Middle Eastern Market is definitely worth visiting. The food from their kitchen is full of flavor, comforting, and beautifully prepared. On a cold day, their soups are especially delicious — warm, satisfying, and exactly what you want. A wonderful local spot with authentic food and a welcoming atmosphere.

Amazing Catering & Hospitality! We recently had Middle East Market cater a birthday party, and the food was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and so tasty! The owner was there personally, engaging with guests and making sure everyone was happy and well-fed. His hospitality and attention to detail really stood out. I highly recommend their catering service—great food, excellent service, and a warm, welcoming experience. Will definitely order from them again!

What a hidden gem! Was craving delicious Persian cuisine and this place did not disappoint. Juicy meat, simple well cooked saffron rice, and so many amazing sweets at the sweets bar. Sour cherry pistachio and rose ones were our favorites! Not to mention the SUPER kind staff and amazing Iranian grocery selection. Highly recommend!
